Legal Question
Suppose a Minor conducts some freelance business over the internet under guidance and help from his guradian. Will there be any tax charged on that income to the Legal Parent/Guardian? It is however the income of the minor. And as per my understanding, income of minors are not taxed. But can his/her guardian be taxed?
