Legal Question in Education Law in India

i want to ask how to correct the minor spelling error in name of the candidate if the school and board did not take no action. Board like sarkari nd school take no action for correction . But if one go to court the lawyer only give affidavit nd did not take no action for further proces. What to do? Plz guide. These sarkari pepople really frustate . Dont no why they dont want to work. ? Plz guide. Nd i also want to khow will these minor error in name result in rejection in govt job.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You have failed first ... in not checking that your name has been correctly spelt when you received the marksheet / certificate from the school / Board and returned it back for correction at that very moment itself. The Court is in no way concerned with this matter. You will have to politely persuade the school Principal to give you the marksheet / Certificate with your name correctly spelt therein. A minor spelling error does not hamper your Government job or any private job prospects in any way.

you can approach your board or university alongwith your affidavit of correct name and they will rectify and issue you a fresh certificate with correct name.
