Dear Meena,

By rule, first and foremost, the College is supposed to issue a receipt for each and every collection that is paid by students, irrespective of value, to the College. You should first ask the College in writing to provide receipts for Rs. 1,450/- (Rupees One Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Only) that the College has collected from you for various reasons.

The College is not supposed to charge or recover any fees for a course that are not printed and published in the College brochure, since it tantamounts to concealment of important public information. In view of the failure on the part of the College Management to print the fees in the brochure, you should apply to the College Principal for immediate refund of the provisional additional fees of Rs. 32,361/- (Rupees Thirty Two Thousand Three Hundred Sixty One Only) that you have paid the College.

Regards,
