Legal Question
The trees cut down were alive and on my agriculture land. These were not harmful or risky to any one. it is Rajasthan stat and about 30 kilometers from jaipur. The area covered by each tree was around 6 sq. meters to 12 sq. meters. How should i prosecute in court of law and under which law and sections?
