Legal Question in Family Law in India

2 brothers purchased a property by taking bank loan against it in 2004. in 2007 one of them got separated by signing a paper of having no account to set off with the family business. the other brother used it as godown for business bt hasnt made any payment towards bank loan. nw bank manager is forcing the separated brother to pay the loan. what should b done now? na to alag ho chuke bhai ne property use ki na hi dusre ne use koi rent diya itne sal property use karne ka.... phr woh loan kyu pay kre... jab ki property dono brothers k name par hai... plz help kya karna chahiye

The bank is concerned with recovery of its money. If you do not pay, the bank may take possession of the property and sell.
