Legal Question in Family Law in India

After 1 month of marriage I forcefully dropped my wife at her parental home. When I forced her to go and I dropped her, she recorded our conversation.
I dont like her due to her behaviour as she is less educated and dont have sense how to talk to ppl .etc.
she wants wants to come back to me but I dont want her on any condition. She waited for me few months in hope that I will come and take her back but when I asked her for divorce she refused and gave application in CAW cell and she had filed a maintenence case in court.
in CAW cell I clearly refused to take her back and still she wants to come back.
Now my question is how to take divorce as she is not ready at all. Can filing complaint in CAW cell is also cruelty? Can I take divorce on base of her complaint for torture and dowry demand? Plz advice

unless the complaint is proved false, it cannot become a ground for taking divorce on the ground of mental cruelty.
