Legal Question in Family Law in India

Last 12 year I am not living with my wife but my wife live with my daughter in my fathers house. This January my father passed away. After passing my father she told to my mom I will not live with you and she went her father house. After knowing this I came here for mutual purpose but she told me I will not live with you and not giving me divorces. Yesterday night she went to police station for complaint. After called by sub inspector I went there then she wrote a letter she will not live with me, she live with my father in law with my 17 year old daughter. Now I want separation. Pls suggest me

You may file a case in the local courts for Judicial separation under Hindu Marriage Act, if you are hindus.
