Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have a 5 years old daughter. After our divorce she is with me.I am working and educated. My ex husband does not give any maintenance yet for her and he does not keep in touch with her also. I do a guardianship case for my daughter.After my divorce if I shall get married then my daughter will go to my ex- husband's custody. Is it true? Please let me who may get her custody?
