Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am 32 yrs old. I want to marry a married woman & she also wants to marry me. Is it possible that we both get married legally before she gets divorce from her husband ?

After we get married she will notice for divorce to her first husband. Please suggest.

You cannot marry a married woman legally unless she is divorced.
