Legal Question in Family Law in India

i have adopted a baby girl from kolkata (SPEC) , a CARA nominated agency and have the court orders FROM THE concrned DISTRICT COURT and also got her birth certificate. i work in SAIL.Now when i wanted to include her name in my service records for all the facilities & nominations on the basis of court orders, my company insists that i should get an adoption deed also as per chap III , PARA 26 -LEGAL PROCEDURE OF CARA GUIDELINES. i have spoken to the agency & they are of the view that it is not reqd. since it is vide JJ ACT,2000.
MAY PL HELP AS TO WHETHER IT IS REQD. OR NOT.

once u have court orders then they cannot stop you else you may make them party and summoned through your lawyer with contempt notice.
