can the adoptive parents be divorced? a couple adopted a child 5 years back and they now want to be divorced! what will happent to the child in this case. how can one safeguard the child's future

An 'adopted' child is governed by same laws as are applicable to a child born to the parents. The child's fate has nothing to do with 'adoption' or divorce. The guardian court will pass appropriate orders about child custody on the basis of rival contentions of both the parties.

u both may decide mutually or if u both demand for t custody then court will see the welfare of t child
