Legal Question in Family Law in India

hi, i really need help and advice. i got married on 4/12/10. my husband lives in germany so he left within a month. he and his parents had it in mind to keep me in india nly n he can do what ever he wants to in germany where he already had a girl friend. its a long act of messery i cant disclose of and it's really long. reason for doing all this in a nut shell is that we happen to be relatieves + i m a girl and only child of my parents so could not object. but things went beyond and i couldnot tolerate that they 1ce hand cuffed me in there house to get me pregnent so that they have an advantage that i would have to be quiet about. i ran back home the very day and was so scared since then.

then he, 4m germany athorising his father filed a petition in secundrabad court. he was never present in anywhere any time nor did we receive any document except for 1 petition thats it. then a 3rd party order expate order/decree ws made and we where not even given any copy until this time. nor was i nor him present in any procedding. they proved me to have portrade did i have ran away so must have not appeared which is so teribly false... i was just quiet coz im a girl. i dont know whom to talk to. im scared that my parents name will be draged. im scared n keeping quiet coz i fear coz im a girl and can do nothing. i am going through a lot of depression n mental troma for being quiet. pl some 1 any1 consider helping me.
