Legal Question in Family Law in India

I need an advice.I am from India, our marriage held in India.I am Hindu.Me and my wife are both 2nd marriage. We have many problems, both of us do not have mutual understandings.1yr back she went to her native place as she is pregnant. We had a baby girl. Our miscommunications/understandings increased after we had a baby girl.I am not against a girl baby.Frankly speaking i am the only one in our two families who wanted a baby girl. She used to scold me very badly.our marriage happened 4yrs back. But we do not have good understandings between each other due to many reasons. Now the problem is she is not willing to come nor their parents are educating her what will happen in future if she doesnt go.whatever she says her parents are accepting.Me and my parents tried wholeheartedly to get her back to my house.By the way my parents do not live with us.they live in our home town. Now she is not willing to come or ready for divorce.when we asked to come they are denying to come, and when we ask for separation they are saying they will file a case.Me and my wife used to fight in chat and in emails at that time i used some bad words.now they are saying based on that they will file a case.Me and my parents are very worried about my future. As i said me and my parents tried our level best to make things work. But they are not working.finally i came to conclusion to get separated. Please advice me what to do so that i wont face any legal problem and how to come out of the situation
