Legal Question in Family Law in India

alright now case is like i was married dated 4th dec 2010. my husband is 4m germany but indian citizen and he returned back dated 31st dec 2010 . but his parents stay here in hyderabad and i am from ahmedabad. all that time he was here i was with him. but he delayed my joining him. (note that his idea was that im an indian so i will take care of his parents and their his firangi girlfriend with whom he couldnot marry will take care of him. he faked that he had issued me a ticket which i failed to board the plane shown as eveidence which is totally fake. he never told me about his girlfriend that time. he is highly literate and im just a post graduate indian so thought i would keep my mouth shut and suffer quietly. never did the summens reach me. nor did he ever present himself in person in the court in hydrabad , just his attorny his father n a lawwer presented his case and where given an exparte 3rd party order.. nor any attempt made to communicate regarding it just bedcaused i begged for my right to be with him n nt his servant. im todays indian women who is not to be taken as a slave to be home jailed. nor ws der any sign 4m him or me. nor has he had any human grounds towards me. i have been quietly taking up carges of cruelty and desertation all false. no 1 to help or defend me. nor can i aford and lawer representative. i dont knw what to do
