Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
Aoa .. Iam married 5 years ago i have one son 3.5 years old. I dont have job my wife was doing job as a teacher. When my son was going to birth i m in crisis n also on wheel chair coz of accident and my father was dieing becoz of lungs cancer so i cant take care of that. My father in law paid bills of my wife delivey . Any how time goes on . Few days ago My wife took my son to his father home and my son cant live without me . He is still crying for me when ever i talked him on skype . So my wife is black mailing me that she will get divorce and also get my child . Is there any solution to get my child and give divorce to my wife. I have god job . I have alot of property on my name also . Basically i dont want to divorce my wife i love her. I just want to confrm any any thing goes wrong is there any law that can take my child form me ?? Any law !!
