my wife has filed case against me for recovery of maintenance ,, I have one daughter of one year ,, she fight with me and went to her father home ,, I have tried a lot to bring her back but she is not coming and she is not asking for Talaq but she is not coming too,,,, I myself don't want to leave her,,and every month I go to her and give her Rs,4000 for expense and she even don't let me to meet me with my daughter ,,as impersonally giving her these Rs.4000 for expenses but I don't keep and evidence of it..

so kindly let me know what I should do now to get rid of this false case.

you can file a case for restitution of conjugal rights against your wife. and a case for custody of your daughter and by that you'll have right of visitation with you daughter by the orders of the court.

Dear,you have to contest your case and further you have two remedies 1) you van file a suit for restitution of conjugal rights against your wife. 2)you can file suit for custody your minor daughter.

At the moment you have to appear and contest the suit for recovery of maintenance which your wife has filed against you.
