Aslam O Alaikum,
My wife is not living with me due to some dispute. In my Nikah Nama it is written that " Khudana Khuasta basoorat e nachaki 4000/- rupia mahana ada karoon ga"
Can she take this amount any time before decision of khulla or talaq?

She can claim such amount from the court to order for the payment from your pocket. If she claims in a court for that you should contest that suit and prove her dis-obedient behaviour then court will not order for the payment of such amount.
