Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am Belong with muslim community and love with hindu girl, we want to marry with each other. But her family is against with our different religion. Now we decided that she would take NOC from her family.

Please guide us about legal process to take NOC from her family.

1) Both should be majors. She has to convert to Islam and then marry as per Muslim marriage rules and register.
