boy ki age 7 sal ho tab tak wo mother k pass rehta hai, swal yeh hai kia phr 7 sal baad bachay se poocha jata hai wo mother k pas rahay ga ya father k pass? Plz ans me

bache k major hone se pehle sub se important baat bache ki welfare hoti hay jis ko court consider karti hay. so 7 saal ka bhi ho jai tab bhi court ne bache ki welfare ko consider karna hay k aya ye maan k pas hay ya baap k pas. aur welfare ko consider karne k liay court bache we bhi rai le sakti hay.
