Legal Question in Family Law in India

My brother got married to NRI in Ireland. He left his job and went to Ireland with her. Now she is harrasing him and mentally torturring him stating that she will complain about him on account of harrasement and she will harm herself. Kindly suggest what legal action he can take against her while sitting in Ireland

he should file a police complain of black mail and these threats.

Police over there will help him to come out of this situation else he will be in a big fix.
