Legal Question in Family Law in India

My name is B.Surendrareddy(2) i had married P.Umabharathi(18) at 16/05/2013 in arranged marriage.i am one son fo my parents and i have one youger sister she is govt employee,i am working at aprivate organigation my income 30000 p.m. my wife gone to his house at 24.03.2014 and not coming back when she goning sed me dont go but she negleted my talk and gone i am sended same mediaters for sending her.but they r not sending her back they r tolding when i have to her villeges for her up to they not send her.i no intrust to see my fathelaws and motherlaws face .and i am told we have to meet they nearest town i have come there u have came there but they refuced that also.i think my wife not liking me up to 7 months passed my wife not talking with me what can i do.
