Legal Question in Family Law in India

i am having the case of my cousin, his spouse got separated within 3months of marriage, now almost 3 years have been passed and she is not getting back. now i want to ask that how we can file a case for divorce and whether we can get a government lawyer.

You can file a petition and can serve the notice on the last address known to you. You can move an application to legal aid cell which will provide you a lawyer. Or yu can contest it yourself.

dear client...............

filing divorce may lead you with many counter cases

so its better to file RCR first and then further proceed for divorce............

for Gov pleader you need to apply in legal aid cell
