Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
I have two child daughter 3 years and Son 6 months now my wife is not ready to live with me.
If i give him divorce. what about my children custody and furthermore I dont have any permanat source of income in this case how much i have to pay for childrens maintenance.
Please help me

one divorce is Talaq e Rajai.
if both of you decided to separate then minimum amount will be 5000 each for month.
