Legal Question in Family Law in India

I'm a US Citizen, my spouse, she came to USA on K1 visa as fianc� visa and we got married in USA. with a ceremony in India before she came to USA. we lived a normal couple life with few arguments etc just like any other couple. she went to india in feb 2015 for her sisters wedding and things started to change, she ignored my calls, texts.. kept saying she's busy n all.. in March, me and my mom went to india to reconcile with her and her parents.. she chose not to return back on her flight ticket in march, but came back in April, a month later. 2 days after she's in, she started an argument with me, packed all her stuff and left her probationary green card with me and left back to india. no communication since then, even though I tried several tiems to get in touch, via texts, emails, fb msgs and calls. no response. she only spoke to me once and said she needs further time.. but when I said, its been more than 3 months since april u left.. when will u come bk.. she simply said she needed more time and hungup. within 10days, she sent me divorce papers on grounds on Hindu marriage act, and also files a fraud complaint in high court, that I've setup secret camera in bedroom and bathroom and asked the court to stop me from posting online.. in the first place.. within the 1yr we lived, we moved to 3 different places and completely false.. so the high court diposed the case saying she needs to file the complain in USA and not in India. but it doesn't say who's fraud or my character is clean.. can I file a defamation case? and im about to file divorce in USA, as we didn't register our ceremony in india. but we got married in USA, she went to US Embassy to take her fianc� visa, which she clearly lied in that sense etc.
