Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

i have some clashes with my husband and im living with my parents right now. my husband threatens to snatch my new born baby of a month and he tried twice to snatch. my husband does not earn any thing he is jobless. i do not want divorce but im not in a position to live with him right now. can i keep child with me without having divorce and if i get divorce what are my chances to have child custody?? and if he forcefully takes my child what should i do??
