my cousin got married in May 2014. In Oct 2014, the bride (my cousin's wife) is diagnized with Uterus cancer and should be operated for hysterectomy immediately, which means she will not have children.
Doctor's opinion is that the complication has been developed since 2-3 years.
Apart from this bride's parents are harassing for petty reasons.
Does my cousin have chance to proceed for Divorce.

Hold on. Firstly, try to know whether they were aware of this fact earlier. If yes, and you get a proof of that, you can file a petition for annulment wherein marriage shall be declared as null and void. Contact for detail.
