Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

these days i am facing problems with my husband. I have a baby of 1 and half year old. He always threatening me that if i left him he would take my baby and never met him to me and take my baby out of the country. My question is that what pakistani laws tell about this. if he take my baby out of pakistan. then what can i do, and what punishment is there if he do this.

Father cannot be accused of kidnapping his own child.. You must take legal custody of child, get the child's name published in ECL and get maintenance for child from the court.. For more contact [email protected]
