Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Experts,

I want to know below relationship falls under sapinda:

Me-->My Father's-->Mother's-->Sister's-->Son's-->Daughter

I want to marry her and is this legal? I heard that in Special marriage act, sapinda marriages are not allowed, so if this relation falls under sapinda will our marriage become void?

Is there any other way I can get help to marry her? Please advice.

The relationship is covered by "Spinda". Therefore your proposed marriage will not be legal.
