Vivek, you are a MAN in your mid-thirties. Even when your father passed away, you were 26. A man of 26 should not expect anything from his parents, much less a legacy after their death.

All the great leaders of the world had been self made. It is not a shame or a helplessness that you do not family support. No one else can get you terminated from your job if your performance is good and your employer / boss is satisfied with your work.

Of course, you may choose to fight for your rights against your brother and other family members who have deprived you of your share in family property. But, that process will be very costly and time consuming. We do not know at the end of litigation, if you start, what would you benefit ?

At this stage, you should gather your confidence and discharge your duties efficiently. The only family support you should expect / want would be - your wife and children - if you are married. If not, you may consider marrying and making your home.
