Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir,
I am from Indore , I am 35 Year old doing Business, I got Married with a girl 1 year back who's also in Indore, this is my second marriage also my wife's second marriage, DUe to her mother involvation at my home, she always fight with me, she dont respect of my parents, she is always do calls to her mom twice or thrice a day atleast 2 hour daily, now the condition she is at her mom's home, We blessed a Baby boy, In my past one year We fought lots of time, every time her relative came nd guilty to her, so many time, I told her to don't do this all, But she always did, her this kind of situation, I have collected some kind of proof of her mom n her telephonic conversations, there she talking like illiterate or non sensense talking also abusing me n my parents, now she don't want to come at home, even they stopped me to meet my baby, we have done mutual solution with outsider person even they also feel guilty over there, but now they say to every single person that m demanding dowry n all, even this is all lie, if i demanded then they also told to mutual sollution person, but they did not say anything over there, Now i just want to ask about My baby how can i get his custody now, if not now then what can do to get the custody as soon as possible..
