Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir, I have been married for two years. And I have a 3 month old baby. My husband has been giving me mental torture from day 1 listening to his mother. He does not seem to change even after becoming father. Now he wants a divorce from me. I am a post graduate, but he never let me to work telling its an insult to him. He earns around 30 lakhs per year. He also owns a bungalow. But the house is in his mother s name. How much one time lump sum alimony can i ask for me and maintenance of my child.

1) Maintenance will be calculated by the court based on the financial status of the spouse.

2) U hv to file 125 CrPc case and the court will decide suitably.
