Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Dear Sir, my wife and her family is requesting that my wife be divorced. Although, Law provides them all the rights to get Khula and somehow, they still insist that she be divorced. I understand that they want dower, I have no issues but I want the visitation rights of my 4 years old son which they are declining and insisting that I can get it if I withdraw all my rights over my son till he reaches maturity apart from divorcing their daughter. Definition of maturity is very ambiguous and then say that child after maturing will decide with whom he wants to live. She has refused to accept a money order from me in start, correspondingly sent it back to me. I have cleared all his schooling fees for months in advance by visiting the school. I dont understand a catch, why cant my son visit to spend sat and Sundays with me, am I asking too much or I can go into the court which will clear things and make her fall into Khula category. I want to negotiate over the best visitation rights which I can get from which ever means.

Special condition on marriage certificate: Gold and gifts given to the girl will be her property

Brother it is advised to file two different cases against your wife in the present situation. 1st case is for the restitution of conjugal rights and the 2nd one is for the custody of your child and in that case you'll get the visitation right of your child at the very early proceedings.
