Dear Sir i Need to Ask that My Wife Filed Case for Maintainance and recovery of medical expense as we both are goverment employe and are entitle for free medical from hospital where delivery occured is she entitle for delivery charges as this is our second marriage i have also one baby of 6 years from my first marriage and my salary is 19000 and her salary as goverment teacher is 25000 how much she can get maintainance for her self and baby as i m also filing case for conjugal rights please advise thanks as i have recordings of call with her and her father and her father friends to whom i contact to bring her back to my home these recordings will help me if i provide them in court on usb or cd please advise also request to advise me good lawer in Rawalpindi Thanks
