Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
Dear Sir
Can my wife claim the custody of my son when he is 07 years old, in case of our separation.
Can my son claim property from her mother we are separated and he becomes adult?
Please guide me !!!

dear custody of child depends on different circumstances pf each case. and the court decide the issue.
so far as the share is concern the children are entitled regarding their shres in parents property.

Yes she can claim if welfare of minor rests with her.. The child can only claim her property after her death.. [email protected]
