Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Dear sir

I have just moved to pakistan and my husband's exwife still lives in my in laws house. My husband has a 13 year old son that lives in the house as well. My huband's ex-wife is now creating a lot of problems in the house. We have asked her to leave but she will not leave. Legally does she have any rights to remain in the house? My husband divorced her in 2010 but allowed her to remain in the house for the sake of the child. Can you please advise
