Dear Sir
Let me share that i am a student and have 3 brother and sister. I am the eldest one. My Father and mother were a government teacher and were withdrawing pension. Last year my mother expired. Post her death my dad asked us to sign a document which will enable him to withdraw her pension although he withdrawing his pension. On seeing that document i denied to sign coz it will have enabled him to withdraw her pension. may be my other two brother have signed but I have not signed any document but i got to know that he is withdrawing her pension. Is it legal?? if not than plz guide also he threatens me that he will not give me share in his property. Seeking your guidance

if you are a student you have reached a stage that you are in a property dispute with your father barely after i year of her demise?? has she left behind a legacy for you all to fight. being the eldest would it not be better if you were in a supportive role.
