Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear sir,

under law of succession ,the self acquired property of our father and mother(both no more) extending area of 4.5 acres of the above said property should be divided among the existing heirs ,consist of 3 brothers and two sisters .all married. I want the exact sharing of the property by means of actual individual share of each and area of the said property.and could we make it by way of agreement of settlement or settlement deed. please advise .

You can executed a Deed of Family Settlement, duly written and get it registered.
