Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

hi dear i have two sons one is 2 year old and other is 6 month old. my wife don't have any income source and she is also not willing to live with me. in this regard can i get custody of children. because where she want to keep the children their his brother his also had three children and his income is also very low in fact he remains most of the time job less. while she is living the them if i bear the expanse of my children then i also have to bear their expanse indirectly.

it's your duty to maintain your wife and your kids and for that income of your wife does not matter, it's the best way for you to file a suit for the restitution of conjugal rights and also send some money every month through money order as their maintenance. It will make a strong case in your favour.
