Legal Question in Family Law in India
My deceased parents have property in Bandra wherein the family members consist of 2 sons and 7 daughters. Can this property be equally shared between all family members since the 2 sons are not keen to share it with their sisters.Please do answer this question as amongst the 7 sisters the youngest sister is handicapped ( mongolean).
