In order to get divorce, he needs to file a petition. She can sue him for dowry harassment even after 15 yrs of marriage. Regarding live in, the husband can be sued but no criminal offence of adultery made out against the woman.

The "live-in" relationship between you and a married man is not legal or permissible. The wife cannot be forced for divorce in the given situation. She may not be entitled to launch criminal proceedings against her husband, but even both of you may face criminal prosecution under Domestic Violence Laws.
