please let know about the number of legal heirs of ur father, i.e. how many brothers and sisters u are,

second sister entitle in all assests even rent of house accupaied by the brother before distribution of assests.

yes sisters can get share in all the moveable and immoveable property left by the deceased father. Sisters can also claim rent of the property from the brothers occupying house after the death of father, in case if the brothers are not willing to give the shares to sisters then a suit for administration can be filed by the sister in court of law.
