if ur hsuband divorced u without giving ur mehar and other ur entitlemnts according to ur Nikkah Nama , so u can file a suit for recovery for mehar and all other articals in family judge where u reside.

yes you can file suit against him based on two separate cause of action , so far your spousal disputes are concerned and also can seek the restraining order against him not to use (or misuse) the property documents in his possession in any manner whatsoever (untill the recovery or repossess the propriety documents).
