Divorce ke baad baby kis k pas rahta ha?

It depends on baby age and welfare of child .

No fix orders it always for the better future of child.

If child is under 7 male

Or under 14 female

Mother is entitled to take custody.

Till second marrige but its also depends on circumstances pf cases.
