How do I get divorce if I live in india and my husband lives in america.he says he won't come to india. I also don't know where he lives in america. I am completely unaware of his whereabouts. how can I get divorce in india? It is very urgent...

Dear client first find his exact address from embassy. Once u get his address then file divorce petition here and court will send him notice through embassy. If he will not come after serving notice court will give u ex party divorce. For any legal help call me

your husband can execute a power of attorney in favour of his relative or friend duly notarized in US and you may go for divorce by mutual consent.
