Legal Question in Family Law in India

instead of divorce on nullity ground, can a divorce by mutual consent be obtained if there is non cohabitation from the very first day of marraige and nonconsumption of marraige ? because we would prefer '.the easy and safer proceedings of mutual consent .or then it is a void marraige and thus divorce can not be asked , only a declaration that marraige did not exist can be obtained?in our case we do have a registered marraige certificate.

Annulment is easier but only an expert can help you coz in normal conditions, annulment is not so easy and court could not annul any such marriage. if need any assistance then you may contact me.
