After divorce, wife does NOT want any right or share in property of husband;
for herself and her 2 children, 1 being minor and other above 18.
Q. what are the rights of children?
Q. will they get any share or right from the property of husband?
Q. what are the Supreme Court judgements regarding this matter?

Dear client if property is ancestral that means not self earned by husband then children has inherent share in property by birth. For any legal help call me on 9422611385

If ancestral property then child can claim right. if not then only maintenance till you get major.
