Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

I have divorced and before 90 days both we have met secretly for resettlement and are agreed to do so but are unable to because of her parents so called conditions. The muslim scholars say that we have to remarry each other because the 90 days are over. In my view, as we have met each others seperately a number of times within the said period, whether this remarriage is necessary or there is no need to do so?

If intention f ur meeting is to reconcile with her and yo get her back, then no remarriage is not necessary. Provided you divorced her with 1 r 2 pronouncement. And the Word u pronounced was of TALAQ.
