Hi! need to ask you I divorced my husband 2 years back because he was addicted to drugs, My daughter is now 6 years old and he is irritating me and trying to take my daughter. Plz help me and give me some suggestions. Thx

if you have proof that he is a habitual addict then he can never get the custody of your daughter.

if he need to take back her daughter so he need to file custody petition where both of you contest.
the court will decide on basis of proof and betterment of child .
