Legal Question in Family Law in India
Dowry Case is not yet registered, it might be possible she will launch a case against my parent also.
What is the way to save my parent from her case, is there any way ?
Can legally i separate form my parents, will work ?

Dear client if she file dowry harassment complaint then immediately take anticipatory bail for parents. If u separate from parents right now then it will not work. For any legal help call me

if your marriage is more than one year old, then file divorce and if complaint is pending then u may file bail
