Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

due to extramarital relation with office boss last month my wife sending me a divorce notice without date under Muslim act-1961/7(1).we have 2 daughter 12yr & 4yrs,after that she left my house with my 2nd daughter without inform me,after 30 days i found that she staying with her sister,but affair is till running with boss,she ignored me & others to any kind of meeting,at this moment what will i do?how could i bring back my daughter.pls advise me.

It is good to get your daughter back when she maintains relation with her boss. Try to collect proof of relation that you can show court. Then go to court with your daughter's custody claim. Notable that your daughter's age is matters. Talk to a lawyer near you.
